Common questions

Things people ask before the call.

Is the discovery call actually free?

Yes. No catch, no credit card, no pre-payment. We use the call to figure out if we're a good fit for each other. If we're not, we'll tell you and often point you toward someone who is.

How long does a project take?

A front-page redesign is typically 1–2 weeks from approval. A full multi-page rebuild is 3–5 weeks. The biggest delay is usually waiting on photos, copy, or approvals from your side—not the actual design work.

Do I need to provide content (photos, copy, etc.)?

Ideally, yes for photos—real photos of you, your team, and your work beat stock every time. For copy, we write everything based on what you tell us in the discovery call. You review and approve before anything goes live.

Will this mess up my existing Google rankings?

No. Done correctly, a rebuild preserves and often improves SEO because a modern, faster site ranks better. We keep your URL structure, page titles, and important content intact.

Who owns the site when we're done?

You do. Your domain, your hosting, your content. We don't lock clients into proprietary systems. If you ever want to move on, we hand everything over clean.

What if I don't like the design?

Two rounds of revisions are included—that covers 95% of changes in practice. If after both rounds we still can't get it right, we refund the design portion and part ways without hard feelings.
